Exchanges & Returns

Size exchanges (14 days)
Wrong size? Email support@usowanai.store within 14 days of delivery with your order number. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition. Once your item arrives we send the replacement size, subject to stock. If your size is sold out, we issue store credit.

Return shipping
You cover return shipping on exchanges. For orders shipped outside Canada, you also cover the cost of sending the replacement, since duties and tariffs apply to every international parcel.

Damaged, defective or wrong item
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund you in full, and we cover the shipping.

What we don't offer
No refunds for change of mind. Items marked Final Sale cannot be exchanged.

Disputes
Please email us before opening a payment dispute. We answer fast and we fix problems. We contest chargebacks on orders that were delivered as described.
